Dominic's trash removal & disposal work covers Reno and the rest of the Reno-Tahoe area. This is the garbage job. Bags stacked along the garage wall, trash a tenant left behind, overflow after a big family weekend, and boxes nobody broke down after a move. Text a photo to (775) 316-7470. Unlike a furniture or appliance pickup, most of this load isn't headed for a second home.
Two kinds of calls come in. Maybe you fell behind and the bags are stacked in the garage and lined up by the side gate. Other times a tenant moves out and leaves a fridge of spoiled food and a closet packed with bags. Neither one is a load for the trunk of your car over a weekend. If the tenant also left couches, beds and boxes, that's a bigger job, and the eviction and rental property cleanout page walks through clearing out a whole unit. Trash, recycling and donation pickups all sit together on the garbage collection page.
Bags piled in a Truckee garage or a Fallon rental are inside the 75 miles he'll drive for a job. He works Monday to Saturday around the clock and takes Sunday off. Calls get picked up at any hour, day or night, so you can reach him the same evening you finally count the bags. He can usually come same day, most days, and once a time is agreed you get a 30 minute to one hour window for when he'll pull up. Outside Reno, check the full list of towns he drives to. His Google rating sits at 5.0 stars from 22 reviews.

What goes in a trash removal & disposal job?
It covers the bagged and loose garbage, the stuff that isn't one big item. Trash bags stacked three high in a side yard. A back bedroom of boxes and food waste after a tenant moves out. The pile by the fence that was supposed to go out a month ago.
The hard part is the mess more than the weight. Bags tear. Some leak. A lot of it is loose. There's no need to pick it up or rebag anything before he gets there.
Bigger pieces mixed into the pile are fine. A busted chair or a microwave that quit can ride along with the bags, and his rundown of what he hauls and what stays behind covers the rest. When the garbage fills whole rooms and it's hard to walk through the house, the job is a hoarder cleanout, and he has done more than one of those.
How do you haul trash out of a garage or an upstairs unit?
He goes in and gets it, from the back of the garage or up a flight of stairs. You don't have to drag a single bag to the curb. Stairs and a tight hallway just mean more trips. He tells you how the work will go before the first bag moves, and he shows up at the time he set.
The photos should show where the bags sit, like the back of the garage or the second-floor closet. When trash is scattered over a big lot and no single picture catches it, he'll come take a look and price it on site. After you say yes to the price, the two of you pick a day and an hour. When the last bag is out he cleans up whatever leaked or spilled where the pile sat and walks it with you. A property manager can handle the photos and the go-ahead over text and only show up for that final walkthrough.
How much does trash removal cost in Reno?
Most callers want to know how the pricing works before anything else. The minimum is $80. Above that, what you pay comes down to how much of the truck the trash fills. Bags look small one at a time, but a garage wall of them adds up fast, so the photo should show the whole pile, including what's behind the door or around the corner.
He quotes the whole job from that photo. His quote stands as long as the job isn't bigger than what the photo showed, and a second pile in the side yard that was left out of the picture would make it bigger. That quote already counts the loading, the drive and the disposal, and the dump fees sit inside it rather than on a second bill. Cash, a credit or debit card, Venmo, Zelle and checks all work.
What kind of trash won't get hauled away?
Plain household garbage is fine. Bags with bugs or mice in them stay behind, and so does medical waste from a bathroom or a sickroom. Propane tanks, asbestos and other hazardous waste get turned down too.
Garbage that sat for months in a closed-up rental can draw bugs and mice, and those bags stay put.
Propane tanks from a grill sometimes end up buried at the bottom of a garage pile. Point them out before the work starts so nothing gets loaded by mistake. A bag you have doubts about is worth a line in your text.
Where does hauled trash end up?
The Stead landfill or the Carson City landfill takes most of it. For bagged garbage that's the plain answer, since most of it has nowhere else to go.
Dominic still sorts the load first. Anything usable goes to Goodwill, so a box of clean dishes or a decent lamp buried under the bags gets pulled out and donated. Scrap metal, like a rusted grill frame or a bent bike, heads to a scrap yard for recycling. Paint cans are dropped at Greymar to be disposed of. What's left after that is torn bags, food waste and broken plastic, and that's the part the landfill takes.
